Cookie & storage policy
ARCAVOTE uses essential session storage to operate secure forms, voting and accounts. Optional storage is limited to remembering your appearance choice. You can refuse it without losing access to our site.
Last updated: October 19, 2026. We do not currently load optional audience analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
What is stored on your device?
Local storage values are kept in your browser, not sent to ARCAVOTE in a request as a cookie would be. Clearing site data can erase your choice, in which case we ask again. If browser storage is disabled, consent is respected on the current page but cannot persist across pages.
Third-party services
We do not currently install Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google AdSense advertising scripts or other optional ad/analytics trackers. The Google AdSense publisher verification metadata and the site's ads.txt record are not tracking scripts. We do not load external Google fonts.
ARCAVOTE currently uses an on-site maths challenge to help protect forms from abuse.
PayPal or other supported payment providers are contacted when you initiate a payment; their own policies apply. Following an external game or community link also takes you to a separate operator whose privacy practices may differ.
Accept, reject or withdraw
Use the equally available Accept optional and Reject optional choices in the cookie banner, or select your own preference under Customize. Strictly necessary storage is always available. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings button here or in the footer, without logging in.
Our legal basis for optional appearance storage is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 TDDDG). Storage strictly needed for the site or for remembering your decision falls under Section 25(2) TDDDG. The Legal Notice identifies the operator responsible for ARCAVOTE.
